Join the dynamic team at RLA Finance as a full-time Finance Broker Support Officer in our Townsville office. In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial administrative and customer service support to our highly skilled team of finance brokers, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Assist finance brokers with client enquiries, supporting documentation and loan settlement tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Support the broader finance team with administrative tasks and special projects as required
What we're looking for
- Previous finance/ bank experience preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a administration or clerical role at a minimum
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficient in using technology and financial software systems
- A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
