A Townsville local whom has worked in the financial services industry throughout North Qld since 2003 and as a broker with RLA Finance since 2015. Daniel has an extensive knowledge across all industries of equipment finance world and enjoys working with his clients to develop financing strategies to maximise effectiveness to their cashflow and taxation needs.

Kellie became part of RLA in 2000, bringing with her a wealth of expertise from the banking and finance sector, honed through her extensive experience across multiple branches in New South Wales and Queensland. Throughout her career, she has cultivated an outstanding reputation in commercial leasing and finance, earning the trust of clients and industry peers alike with her exceptional analytical abilities and keen business insights. Kellie is not only deeply committed to providing unparalleled customer service but also excels at navigating complex financial landscapes. With a passion for driving business growth, she partners closely with both clients and financial institutions, offering strategic guidance to seamlessly elevate business transactions to new heights. Her dedication, expertise, and enthusiasm make her a standout leader in the financial services industry.

Brett brings extensive experience to RLA Finance, following 17 years in the automotive industry. Having excelled in roles like Dealer Principal, General Manager, Group Finance Manager, and Company Accountant, his extensive background in finance and senior management allows him to create tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of his clients. Originally from the Burdekin, Brett moved to Townsville to pursue his Bachelor of Commerce at James Cook University. With his blend of industry knowledge and financial expertise, he is dedicated to helping clients navigate their financing options with confidence.

Since completing his university studies in Commerce and Economics in 1993, Stephen has gained extensive banking and lending experience in the finance and banking industry. In 2004, Stephen joined the RLA team to develop the RLA Property Finance department, which now enables all aspects of our clients' financial needs to be handled by our professional staff. With many years of experience in all areas of equipment and property finance, Stephen understands how the banks operate and structure loans to best suit your clients' needs.

Steve Braddick is a founding Partner in the Commercial and Rural Finance division within RLA Finance. Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce which he gained through JCU and a Cert IV in Brokerage. Of his 38 years in the Finance Industry, Steve was with one of the Major Banks for 30 years where he gained a significant understanding of Lending policies and requirements- particularly in the areas of Rural Finance, Business Finance, Commercial and Industrial Property Investment and Development Finance, Hospitality and Retail Finance as well as Home Lending Finance Solutions. Steve utilises his knowledge he gained in the Banking industry to Broker suitable Finance options and strategies including Finance Tenders to ensure the best possible result for his clients. Steve was born in Townsville and has been part of the NQ community all of his life. He is a Life Member of the Townsville Picnic Bay Surf Life Saving Club and still actively volunteers his time in patrolling the beaches of the Strand and Picnic Bay.

Brett Sievers is a true North Queenslander and has over 35 years' experience in the finance brokering & banking industries. Brett was born and raised in the Burdekin and he has spent his entire working life assisting clients in their finance requirements in the North Queensland Region. His focus is working with Business and Rural borrowing clients. Brett has a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Leigh joined the RLA finance team in 2013 after spending 5 years with NAB in Agribusiness banking roles. Serving as RLAs senior credit manager since 2017 his expertise in credit assessment and all areas of equipment finance are a tremendous asset to the business. In 2024 Leighs role expanded to encompass the management of equipment finance divisions credit and processing teams to ensure clients receive a fast and smooth experience with their financing needs.

Dale Colgrave is a driven finance professional with a well-rounded background in business development, manufacturing, and mining industries. Known for his strong work ethic and adaptability, he has consistently exceeded client expectations while building lasting relationships. Dale specializes in vehicle & equipment finance and works throughout all areas in north and western Queensland.
